MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research:

Design, conduct and synthesise stakeholder interviews with OWNDAYS C-Suite to understand the current landscape and future vision.

Design, conduct and synthesise stakeholder Visioning and Experience workshop for the brand's future.

Design, conduct and synthesise qualitative and quantitative customer study across Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore.
Strategy

Create opportunity areas for the future of the brand

Present and collaborate with client on the new brand strategy

Create customer personas and customer journey maps to shape the new retail experience

Brief, oversee and guide Design teams (Environment, Digital & Branding) on the new OWNDAYS strategy
