Transform and revitalise the OWNDAYS brand and customer experience for market leadership in APAC markets.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research:

  • Design, conduct and synthesise stakeholder interviews with OWNDAYS C-Suite to understand the current landscape and future vision.

  • Design, conduct and synthesise stakeholder Visioning and Experience workshop for the brand's future.

  • Design, conduct and synthesise qualitative and quantitative customer study across Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore.​​​
     

Strategy

  • Create opportunity areas for the future of the brand 

  • Present and collaborate with client on the new brand strategy

  • Create customer personas and customer journey maps to shape the new retail experience

Design

  • Brief, oversee and guide Design teams (Environment, Digital & Branding) on the new OWNDAYS strategy

  • Design new customer facing staff roles and responsibilities to elevate the in-store experience
